Our Commitment

IRS Compliance:
We file Form 990 annually with the IRS to maintain our tax-exempt status and ensure public transparency in our financial activities.
Accurate Records:
All financial transactions are recorded and monitored in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Audits and Reviews:
We conduct periodic internal reviews and, where appropriate, independent audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.
Donation and Grant Management:
All funds received through donations or grants are managed with strict supervision and used exclusively for the intended charitable purposes.
Compliance with Laws and Orders:
We respect the distinction between laws (rules established by legislative bodies, binding on all) and orders (instructions or provisions issued by administrative or judicial authorities, applicable to specific situations). We comply with both, ensuring that all our financial operations are carried out within the legal framework in force in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Florida.
Transparency and Reporting:
We publish our financial reports every three months (quarterly), ensuring public access and fostering the trust of our donors, partners, and the community.
